Returns / Exchange Policy
Please choose your products carefully, unfortunately The Confetti Gift Co. does not accept returns or refunds on our goods as they are all custom made to order.
If you have received a defected product please contact us in writing within 3 days of receiving it. Please advise us of the order number and any information about the defect including a photo if possible.
Once your email has been reviewed we will contact you about a replacement.
Please note Entering the correct Shipping Address is your responsibility, please ensure to check the shipping address in your confirmation order email received shortly after ordering. If there is an error please contact us at email@example.com immediately to have the address changed. Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. If your order is sent back to us, you will need to pay to have it re-posted.
